health data<\/h2>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"ft-contenu__row row\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"ft-contenu__label-col col-12 col-lg-4\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"surtitre\">Description<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"ft-contenu__body-col col-12 col-lg-8\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"ft-contenu__texte\"><p>More than 43,000 Quebecers participated in the project and provided detailed information about their health and lifestyle to create a resource that helps researchers and health policy makers better understand the causes of chronic diseases such as cardiovascular diseases, diabetes, cancer, and dementia, thereby improving their prevention, diagnosis, and treatment. Today, we are once again seeking your collaboration to continue these research efforts on the health of Quebecers.<\/p>\n<p>Your participation in this survey will involve completing a consent form specific to this health follow-up, updating your contact information, and answering the health questionnaire on a secure and confidential web platform. The follow-up questionnaire is similar to the initial CARTaGENE health questionnaire, as well as the first health follow-up conducted in 2017. It contains questions about life habits, health status, and family history of diseases. Your responses to this new questionnaire will be added to the information you previously provided during earlier data collections.<\/p>\n<h3 dir=\"ltr\">How to participate?<\/h3>\n<p>The invitation for the 2025 health follow-up was sent by email to all CARTaGENE participants.
