class=\"ft-contenu__body-col col-12 col-lg-8\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"ft-contenu__texte\"><p>Sleep problems and mental health difficulties are both important factors that can affect cardiovascular health, but their effects often overlap. Using CARTaGENE data and linked health administrative databases, this project examined how sleep problems, depression, and anxiety influence the risk of developing cardiovascular disease. The findings suggest that individuals experiencing both psychological distress and sleep problems may be at particularly high risk. The research also highlighted the role of other psychosocial factors, such as job strain, in cardiovascular risk. Together, these studies contribute to a better understanding of the complex relationships between mental health, sleep, and cardiovascular disease and may help inform more comprehensive prevention
