class=\"ft-contenu__body-col col-12 col-lg-8\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"ft-contenu__texte\"><p>Aging is partly associated with a loss of regulation in the biological mechanisms that maintain the body&#8217;s internal balance. This project used CARTaGENE data to investigate how this dysregulation changes with age by combining information on blood biomarkers, gene expression, health status, and lifestyle factors. The research confirmed that certain biological markers of dysregulation are associated with aging and an increased risk of health decline. It also identified gene networks whose activity becomes progressively less stable with age and examined their links with chronic diseases and declines in physical and cognitive functioning. These findings contribute to a better understanding of the biological mechanisms of aging and may help identify new targets to support healthier
