class=\"ft-contenu__body-col col-12 col-lg-8\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"ft-contenu__texte\"><p>Obesity results from complex interactions between genetic factors and lifestyle behaviors, but the mechanisms linking them remain incompletely understood. This project aims to identify dietary, behavioral and lifestyle factors that modulate genetic susceptibility to obesity. Analyses use data from multiple cohorts, including CARTaGENE participants, and examine factors such as diet, physical activity, and sleep. A graduate thesis showed that behaviors such as sedentary lifestyle and specific dietary patterns can partially mediate genetic risk. This work helps identify modifiable factors for prevention and supports the development of more personalized
