class=\"ft-contenu__body-col col-12 col-lg-8\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"ft-contenu__texte\"><p>The COVID\u201119 pandemic has had a major impact on daily life in Canada, including physical activity, sedentary behaviour, and eating habits. These changes did not affect everyone equally and have contributed to widening social and health inequalities, particularly among people in more vulnerable socioeconomic situations.<br \/>\nThis project will use data from the CARTaGENE platform, collected before, during, and after the pandemic, to examine how lifestyle behaviours have evolved among adults in Quebec. The study will focus on changes in physical activity, sedentary time, and fruit and vegetable consumption during the post\u2011pandemic recovery period, and will assess whether these changes differ according to socioeconomic status.<br \/>\nThe findings will help identify factors associated with more and less favourable lifestyle profiles and inform public health policies aimed at reducing
